Free Standard Shipping for purchases with a subtotal of €50 or more after applying any promotions and discounts. This offer is valid only for orders within Europe and does not apply to international orders outside of Europe.
Standard Shipping (via local postal services or courier) for a flat rate of €6.00 for purchases with a subtotal of less than €50 after applying any promotions and discounts.
Express Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination (please note, "Express" refers to delivery time; standard order processing times still apply).
Next-Day Delivery rates are calculated based on weight and destination (please note, "Next-Day" refers to delivery time; standard order processing times still apply).
When will my order be shipped?
 
Orders placed before 8:00 AM (Central European Time) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are processed the same day and shipped the next day.
 
Orders placed after 8:00 AM (CET) on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday are processed the following day and shipped the next day.
 
Orders placed after 8:00 AM (CET) on Thursday are processed on Friday and shipped on Monday, as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.
 
Orders placed between 8:00 AM on Friday and 8:00 AM on Monday are processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday, as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.
 
Please note that our warehouse is closed on major holidays.
 
In rare cases, our warehouse may experience an unexpectedly high volume of orders on a given day, or order processing may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as adverse weather conditions). In such cases, there may be an additional delay beyond the shipping schedule described above.
 
Is sales tax applied to my order?
 
We collect sales tax in accordance with the tax laws and regulations of each European country. Any applicable sales tax will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
 
How can I track my order?
 
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow for longer delivery times than usual due to higher demand and industry-wide carrier delays. If you have any questions, please contact us at main@skincareboxbeaute.com.
 
Do you ship internationally?
 
At this time, Skincare Box Beauté ships to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, fees, and taxes. The cost of international shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package.
 
We currently ship internationally to the following countries: Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
