Achieves approximately 100 times more penetration – “APPS” is a vitamin C derivative that has 
both water-soluble and oil-soluble properties and has approximately 100 times the penetrating 
power of vitamin C derivatives. Fills every corner of the stratum corneum with plenty of vitamin C,

For a stable release of vitamin C – Vitamin C is known for its multifunctional effect on the skin. On
